COUNSELING – Counselors differ from therapists in that they help you find solutions for specific problems. It usually requires fewer visits than psychotherapy. Example: I advise and offer suggestions to overcome immediate stressors such as situational grief, confidence or ineffective communication skills.
LIFE COACH – A life coach focuses more on goal achievement. Coaching moves you from where you are now in your life to where you would like to be. Example: I coach you through priorities in your daily activities to reach short- or long-term goals.
